          这一系列APD产品是由德国公司First Sensor公司生产的。这一系列的器件显著特点是响应速度很快，尤其是在可见光范围内。截止频率可达3 Ghz,温度系数很低, 低噪声, 上升速度较快。响应波长范围较大，波长在550nm-750nm增强。

产品主要应用于激光测距仪，高速光度测定研究、高速光通信和医疗设备等领域。
